Client moves into local landmark.

When we were contacted by long standing client, University of Nottingham, to prepare a recently acquired building for occupation by one of their teams, we excited to discover the building in question was a sandstone, Grade II listed, Georgian gatehouse.

A former gatehouse to Wollaton Hall, the building features spiral staircases within its turrets, imposing oak door sets and a gate which is thought to have a mechanism that is the only one of its kind!

After a detailed and sympathetic refurbishment, the team were delighted to move into their new home. The clients Project Manager stated “We now have a very happy set of Department Managers that had a look around the refurbished building and love it.”
